The Lake House on Blue Canyon. Vibrant and sunny, this waterfront vacation rental is superbly positioned for an adventure on Lake Whatcom. Inside, you'll enjoy preparing family meals in the beautifully remodeled kitchen. To further enhance your vacation experience, make your way out to the sprawling deck which features an outdoor dining table, lounge chairs and A gas grill. Enjoy the outdoor and lake front space. There is a canoe and kayaks available for use. I am available for questions or concerns through email, text or phone. Take a short drive to Fairhaven and wander along the charming streets where you'll find great restaurants and shops. Bring your mountain bikes, as Galbraith Mountain is a just a hop, skip and a jump away. Love to hike, ski, snowboard or snowshoe? Mount Baker is one hour and thirty minutes away! And be sure to head to the city of Bellingham just sixteen miles away, for more dining, shopping, and family fun. The best way to get from A to B is by personal vehicle. There is ample parking at the home. This is not a shared property. You will have full privacy.

We had a great stay! The cabin was nice, cozy, and clean. It was around a 30 min drive to Bellingham, just isolated enough to feel you're away from it all but not too far that you can't go out to buy groceries or go out for a nice meal. The cabin size/layout was great. Perfect for a family of 4 and it never felt crowded. Our whole family had a blast enjoying the gorgeous lake view from the dock, deck, dining room, or bedroom. We also had fun paddling around the lake with the 2 kayaks as well as fishing from the dock. We will definitely come back again!

Lindsey’s waterfront cottage is in a super quiet location with a gorgeous water view, and makes for a perfect R&R getaway. The entire place is squeaky clean and comfy, and the kitchen is fully stocked with high quality cookware. It’s about a 20 minutes scenic drive to restaurants and grocery stores, with Whole Foods delivery as an option (a pleasant surprise!), so its a great setup and super convenient. I can’t wait to return for another visit soon…thank you Lindsey for making your beautiful cottage available☺️!

The house was cozy, on a big lot with a dock and a beautiful lake view. It was 30 mins from Bellingham, which was far when we went there for activities, but we enjoyed coming back to the peaceful lake cabin. The weather was too cool to spend time on the water, so perhaps we'll go back someday in July or August. The beds were comfy and the shower had nice water pressure. Lindsey was friendly and proactive with checking in instructions.

Lindsey's place was great. exactly as advertised and everything was very clean. its right on the water so it has spectacular views and is very rural so it's completely peaceful there
